Where it all started

Happy Feet Run Club was created in August, 2023 by a group of young, active individuals based in Dublin, Ireland. Ciara, Kate and Sean dreamed of creating an environment for like-minded people who wanted to stay social and healthy all year round. They saw and understood the challenges that many young people face and wanted to provide a solution. Instead of relying on late-night gatherings to be the sole enjoyment of the week, they created early morning events to encourage chatter, laughter and best of all, running!

Ciara is a Registered Dietitian and fitness enthusiast. She works with people of all ages and backgrounds, supporting them with their health goals. She has a particular interest in women's health and performance nutrition. Ciara is passionate about creating communities that make people feel good! She makes sure that all runs are celebrated with a little coffee and a sweet treat from some of our favourite cafes around Dublin. She is also our content queen.

Meet Ciara

Sean is our Head of Health and Wellness. He is a former professional rugby player with a background in Exercise Science and Positive Psychology. He is responsible for bringing the energy to each and every run, despite the gloomy skies and cold weather that may swoop in. His mission is to ensure that each community member leaves with a smile and a new pal. Sean is also our resident sweeper, so if you find yourself at the back of the group don't worry, he'll make sure you cross the finish line.

Happy feet is a Dublin-based social run club taking place every weekend at 930am. We alter between Saturday and Sunday mornings. All schedule information is posted in the WhatsApp Community and on social media . Most months follow the below format:
